Disclaimer for Consulting Express purchases I, the Client (CLIENT) intend to purchase one or more Consulting Express hours (HOURS) from GETS AS (GETS). I realize that the HOURS I purchase may not suffice to complete all of the work I wish to complete, but I do have the option to purchase additional HOURS at the same hourly rate to continue the work. GETS makes no guarantee that a certain amount of work will be completed within the HOURS purchased, but will make a best effort to complete as much work as can be reasonably expected for a senior software engineer within the HOURS purchased. GETS does not guarantee the end results of the work or make any promise or claim that any particular end result will be attained. GETS commitment is limited to providing the assistance of a senior engineer for the HOURS purchased. GETS does not take responsibility for the Quality Assurance of the work provided to CLIENT, CLIENT assumes sole responsibility for all Quality Assurance, including version control of changes made by GETS or on GETS recommendation, changes to software or hardware configuration, and anticipated or unanticipated side effects or other interactions with other software or systems that the work GETS performs or recommends interacts with.

Scheduling is subject to the availability of GETS Engineers and Architects. Every effort is made to quickly turnaround each engagement and we'll inform the client in the event of any delay.

Time must be used within one calendar year from the time of purchase. There will be no refund of unused consulting time.
