Marketing Platform updates Q2 2017

It’s been a while since we last wrote a post about updates to the GETS Marketing Platform.

However this certainly isn’t because of a lack of actual updates – far from it in fact!

In truth, we’ve been through a period of consolidation and for the last few months our focus has been on improvements to core architecture and other boring stuff that nonetheless is essential to ensure GETS delivers on its promise to our customers, now and into the future.

To this end there have been numerous minor fixes that became necessary as a result of our rapid growth over the past couple of years.

Old code needed to be cleaned out, bugs needed to be fixed, processes and procedures needed to be developed to ensure the smooth running of the platform and the business at large.

In short we’ve been taking stock and improving core functionality to ensure we’re on a stable ground to continue pushing the platform forward.

That said, we do have a couple of big announcements today, and also a snapshot of what we’ll be working on next…


One of our most requested features was a simple way to view stats across all campaigns and get instant insight into the best performing campaigns as well as those that are in need of some TLC.

This update is now live, with a completely new account stats dashboard showing impressions and conversions across all campaigns and by various timescales, as well as more the best performing campaign stats in a single table.

This update required some major revisions to our databases as well as some major optimisation to the dashboard.

As a side benefit, we have also substantially reduced load times throughout the dashboard while greatly improving transparency over all your campaigns.  Talk about a win:win 😊

Early feedback from beta testers of the stats dashboard have been encouraging and we’ll continue to improve this page in the coming months.

As part of the upgrade to the stats we’ve also improved the dashboard notifcations for our trial users.  Upon logging in, triallists will now clearly see how long they have left on their 14 day trials:


Having worked closely with a number of our Agency partners over the last few months, we have also recently released an update to our Agency API.

Agents can now lookup account details and cancel accounts via the API.


Whilst we have a number of exciting things in development, the next month will be devoted to adding some long overdue integrations as well as some core improvements to the Share app.


Long time users may recall I like to end these posts with some stats on usage.

Here are some of the highlights:

We have now helped generate leads for 11,520 Customers…
…who have connected 48 Thousand email lists!
We’ve served 137.2 Million popup impressions…
…and 47.9 Million squeeze page impressions…
…resulting in 11.2 Million conversions!
These usage stats are AMAZING!

So a massive “thank you” to everyone who’s been part of this story so far 🙂

We’re not resting on our laurels though…

We’re working away to improve the platform and add new features.
